Come to this turkey class. We will talk about cooking turkeys using a whole bird or Julia Child’s deconstructed turkey method. We will talk about how to cut up a whole turkey into steaks and meal sized portions for the freezer and year round use. Special companion dishes will be shown with recipes for everything.
